IMPORTANT! As of January 2012, only the OLD version of Google Analytics has a function that allows you to set up an automatic email report to you. Although this is expected to change in the future, please ensure that you are using the OLD version of Google Analytics to set up an automatic e-mail notification of your Google Analytics Reports. See excerpt from Google Analytics Blog below: Tuesday, November 01, 2011 | 3:55 PM Labels: Features, New Google Analytics
Therefore, until Google sets up automatic e-mail notification in the new versionof Google Analytics, you must use the OLD version of Google Analytics to have reports automatically sent to you by e-mail. The steps for emailing reports, or to set up for sending them on a regular basis, follows below. This information has been copied verbatim from Google support at: http://support.google.com/googleanalytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=67752 How do I email reports? There are a variety of delivery options available when you email a report.
Note: Scheduling is based on timezones in the United States. The timing of scheduled reports for users outside of the United States varies due to timezone and may result in a significant schedule delay.
